Im getting 0.01 - 0.7mb from the speed test
spoke to Helpdesk they said that wholesale or similar would monitor speed and call back
Things ive tried
- Swapped filter for new
- tried in main socket
- tried in test socket
day after speaking to Helpdesk the speed increased to 0.7- 1.2 slightly better but should be getting at least 5 according to helpdesk
checked the Homehub 3.0 for connection speed it says connected at 7.5mb!
heard nothing from helpdesk since the first call
