Did you fill in the "contact the mods" form, they do not respond to personal messages?

The mods don't message you. Did you follow the instructions in message 3? You will need to use the full rather than the mobile site to see the link.

Just a quick update to let you know that the fault is still open with BT Wholesale. BT Wholesale have advised that there will be an update on the 3rd. I'll chase this with them on the 3rd and I'll get back in touch as soon as I have an update.

Unfortunately you've never mentioned what the problem actually is otherwise someone here would be able to tell you.
I think i have mentioned it plenty of times along with two engineer visits and still no further forward so dont give me that nonsense.
