Did you fill in the "contact the mods" form, they do not respond to personal messages?

 

If you have filled in and submitted the form, you would have receive an unique reference number, and you will be contacted when you reach the top of the queue.

 

If you did not fill in the form, then nothing will happen.

The mods don't message you. Did you follow the instructions in message 3? You will need to use the full rather than the mobile site to see the link.

Hi @David_1872,

 

Just a quick update to let you know that the fault is still open with BT Wholesale. BT Wholesale have advised that there will be an update on the 3rd. I'll chase this with them on the 3rd and I'll get back in touch as soon as I have an update.

Paddy, many thanks for your update if you can call it that. Not very much is being said as to what is causing the problem and what they sre going to do about it. I hope there are answers soon as i am beginning to loose patience.

I think i have mentioned it plenty of times along with two engineer visits and still no further forward so dont give me that nonsense.
