Hi, please could somebody investigate my current slow BB speed. This has been ongoing for several days now.I connect using an openreach nte5 socket and I am connected directly to the master with no extensions. There is no noise on the line that could be the cause. Here are the stats:

Can you also confirm if you're connected at the master socket or an extension? And what your type your master socket is according to this picture
Lastly for now, call 17070 and Press Option 2 for the Quiet Line test and where possible use a corded phone as DECT handsets can pick up electrical interference?
Hi, thanks for your prompt reply.
I have posted the speed test results above, and have also stated that I am connected at an nte5 master socket.
I did also try the noise test and there was no noise on the line.
I have tried using the BT speedtest but my broadband speed is so slow, it takes around 15 mins just to tell me that my throughput is 2074k and then it takes a further 10 minutes to load a page to tell me there is an error and results are null.
I can only get the other speedtest to work.
Is there any other way I can provide the information needed?
