Extremely slow speeds

Hi, I'm new to this so be gentle.


I moved from Sky to BT this week. Sky were consistently giving me 0.3Mb/s and the customer service was horrendous. BT promised me 5Mb/s from switchover and you can only imagine my surprise when on connection day I was getting 4.9Mb/s.


Today however everything is taking an age to load, isn't looking promising and says

Download 0.12Mb/s and upload 0.3Mb/s with a ping of 134ms. I was told to run a btspeedtest which says

What does this all mean? am I going to have to phone BT? and have I jumped from the frying pan of Sky into the fire of BT?

Have you been restartingyour hub or has it been restarting if you have been restarting it it has caused your ip profile to drop affecting your download speed leave the hub with no restarts for 3/5 days and it will rise automatically
