FFTP Database needs updating!

Hi, 

 

For the past few weeks I have been trying to order BT Infinity but despite lots of calls, emails, and what not I am still unable to order it. I know FFTP is in the ground outside my house as we had an openreach engineer out to connect our copper line and he looked in the pit outside our house and confirmed what we already knew that FFTP was in the ground. He said "it just needs to blown into your house".

 

Also a house 2 doors down has managed to get FTTP so I know its possible. 

 

The problem seems to be that the "system" says it isn't and BT refuse to do listen when we tell them otherwise. "Computer says no"!!!!! 

 

Can anyone please offer any asstaince?

Suggest you try calling 0800 5874787 and ask to speak to the fibre to the home order team
