Hello again!

Complaint, phone calls, live chats and then nothing ... if I didn't have internet, I don't have one... One of my children is at home and has distance learning but how... if we still don't have internet... After a dozen or so interventions at the beginning of January, workers with an excavator came. They dug something up, pushed some wires and left without a word... Then I got an update that on 08.02.2021 there is an appointment with an engineer who will come and install the rest and my services will be activated... I took a special day off at work to make sure personally of everything. Well, two engineers came and informed me that no, I would not have anything active today... they hatched a groove for me, cut the pavement tiles, laid a wire and mounted a small gray box on the house. Everything took about 30 minutes and they told me to wait for another engineer to visit and they left. In the afternoon I got a message from BT that they have good news for me and a new meeting has been arranged with the engineer who will activate my services on ............. 04/06/2021...... fallen ....

I have enough of this, mock me if they want to ... Where can I report it? Where to go for help? 11/11/2020 I placed the order !!! Half a year without internet ...

As it is FTTP  you are getting then you need to phone the FTTP TEAM on 08005874787 and see if they can help you sort out your order

The poor chap is Polish and has to use a translator to post here. 

To be told his service will not be ready until June, especially while he has a child needing access to the net, is a kick in the goolies. I would be livid.

Can ANYONE do something to help this gentleman overcome this crisis?

Can he be considered for a temporary use mini-hub until June?
