FIBRE 2 BT reward card

Hi,

I signed up to BT fibre 2 at the end of June, my fibre was installed on 20th July 2020, I have been trying to claim the BT reward card with no success. I have an NHS health service discount card, and I ordered my broadband via their link. I went to the health service discount website and clicked on claim my offer, it just sent me to the BT page for ordering broadband. I have contacted health service discounts but they have not yet responded. I wonder if you can help me and let me know if and possibly when I might be able to claim this reward and the bast way to go about it. I don't want to hit 3 months after my order date and lose my reward. However I do understand that everyone at BT is super busy keeping everyone connected during the global pandemic. I would just like reassurance that I will get the £100 mastercard at some point as it influenced my budgeting decision when choosing broadband.

Yes I did. but when I log into my account and look at BT rewards it says there are no rewards to claim. I clicked on the link to chase the reward card but it just brought me full circle back round to help. I think it is a helpful post if everything is working as it should, but not so useful and possibly with outdated links if you need assistance.

Feeling a bit fed up as other people who posted after me have been sent a PM with contact details.

I don't care if there is a hold up, I just want to be informed rather than ignored.
