They certainly do jam2000 (Adastral Park), but how soon. I worry too much time has been spent getting EE on board, maybe we can move over to EE TV, doesn't that already have remote watching 🙂
I don't know why they don't have a place where customers can suggest ideas and developments they would like to see. Like a feedback page.
I contacted the Customer Care centre to discuss the options and was offered either free exit from the TV package or £20 refund.
I took the £20 refund and then advised them that I was highly unlikely to renew the contract when it is due.
