FREE GIFT

Hi, I signed up for student superfast fibre broadband on the 19/8/19. My broadband and phoneline was all set up on the 19/9/19. I was told I needed to wait 2 weeks and would reciece an email about how to claim my free JBL soundbar. 5 weeks have now past and I still have not recieved my email. Everytime i try calling the person on the helpline just says they will notify the gift team to send over the email however they still have not.

Did you apply online, or over the phone, as orders placed over the phone do not normally qualify for any gifts?

I assume you mean you applied online?

You would normally receive an email 30 days after activation, so I would have expected that you would have received it by now. It would contain a voucher code.

Can you check to see if its not ended up in your email spam folder?

Hi, sorry yes i meant applied, I have checked all my folders and still not received it.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

I cannot see any mention of a JBL soundbar.
