I wonder if its the same issue as this?
It may be affecting ftp remote listings.
If its a HH3A, check your firmware version, especially if its just stopped working.
Thanks for your quick reply , but how do i find out the firmware version ?Do you think if i change it to a netgear router that will solve the problems ?
Certainly be worth trying if you have a spare Netgear to hand or can borrow one.
i got a spare netgear dg834pn , can some one please tell me how to set it up
PPPoa, VPI 0, VCI 38 username email@example.com, no password needed.
problem is no socket to plug the ethernet cable coming from bt modem , it only got 4 ethernet ports to plug cables coming from the computers there is no saperate port for cable coming from modem like in home hub 3 so dont know what to do now ? If i order a bt home hub 5 or is there any other good routers which can over come my problem ?
If you are on Infinity with an Openreach modem, then there is a very wide choice of wireless routers you can use. Your Netgear one is ADSL only.
Look at the Infinity routers on this page.
The TP-Link TL-WR1043ND is quite good, according to others who have it.
You could upgrade to a HH5 for free.
