But BT DO sell it, that's why they have a dedicaated FTTP sales team.

It is FTTPoD that they have not decided to sell as yet to residential customers.

As I said maybe the OP didn't ask the right people hence why he was told he could not get it

I think he's saying that BT won't sell him FTTP because he has FTTC.

Hi, I called 2 weeks ago, a woman called back yesterday and said the product is not available to me, no reason given, some of my neighbours though have it, I am guessing because I already have fttc they do not want to install fttp.

My contract for fttc run's out at the end of the month I will try again then or perhaps migrate?
