We had FTTP fibre installed in our house on Aug 3rd 2016.
We have a BT Home Hub 5 plugged into the ONT Box.
Everything has worked brilliantly until today 15th December 2016.
We have changed nothing in the configuration of set-up.
But the router keeps dropping connection (SOLID Orange light).
After reading other comments on the forum there seems to be lots of people complaining about the Home Hub 5 and Smart Hub (6) - are they really that bad? Also read that the Home Hub 5 is not a FTTP router?
Also BTW i have been charged for BT TV Activation on 15 Nov 2016 - WHEN WE WERE MEANT TO ALREADY (AS PART OF OUR PACKAGE) HAVE IT BUT IT STOPPED WORKING AND THE FIBRE TO THE PREMISES TEAM REACTIVATED IT FOR £49.00!!!!!!
