Ripping my hair out. About 8 weeks back I noticed that Fibre is being installed by Openreach on the telegraph poles in our area but has stopped one pole away from our house.

I have been trying to find out who to contact to ask when the Fibre will be operational?

They won’t necessarily put CBT’s on every single pole. Connectorised Drop Cable comes in pre cut length of 33, 55, 105, 160 and 350m so I’m sure they’ll be able to get it to your house no problem. 

Ref to when it’s available you’ll just have to keep checking the Openreach and or BT Wholesale Checker.
