FTTP Installation

I ordered and  have FTTP installed and all works fine. The order was on 1 August 2021 and stated they will send a package to return old hub and equipment, nothing has been received. I have contacted BT by e-mail, chat twice, and phone all saying they will make sure package is sent to return old equipment for refurbish.  No package or address to return equipment has been received.

 Has BT given up refurbishing old equipment?

Hi @Trebor85 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, if the returns packaging was ordered on Wednesday it will probably take a couple more working days to arrive as they're sent 2nd class post.
