FTTP Upgrade Options - Currently on Fibre 100 package

Are any other Fibre 100 customers able to upgrade to any of the new higher speed packages via myBT/BT.com?

If I click into the offers tab it now tells me that to upgrade I need to phone BT.

I can understand new FTTP installs not showing as an upgrade option due to Openreach not doing new installs at the minute, but can't understand why speed upgrades aren't showing online as they have usually been available online.

I checked the checker on 23rd March when the 1gig service went live. It showed fibre 500 and fibre 900 packages for me in the list. Then after around 5 days it only showed upto 76mb (as if its FTTC, seems like they disabled all FTTP checkers)

I phoned up a few days ago, the guy said that it they realised it was an error and only available to specific exchanges and that new racking had to be installed at the exchange. When the engineer enables you get transferred to the new racking so you will get a new lower contention ratio possibly lower ping too! (I don't know if its only 910mb on the new racking or 500mb as well, will ask next time I ring up to order).  He said that my exchange upgrade was "coming soon" status in his internal system. 

Due to corona the engineers have been delayed since workers staying at home. Said to check back every 48 hours on the checker, keep checking every few days.

I'm pretty sure the upgrades from FTTC to FTTP were removed from the website because Openreach aren't entering premisies to install the ONT.

I can only guess that the Upgrades from 250 > 500 or 900 were removed from the website as there were very many people having issues porgressing their orders when they used the Online route, could be wrong though as no information has been given.

The checker is  working correctly for me again now, I will ring up tomorrow and see if i can order it.

Yes I'm also getting upgrade options now, but only to the Halo packages for Fibre 100, not to any of the speed upgrades.  On the BT line checker it's also telling me that FTTH is not available....so things still aren't completely up and running!

It seems that the new fibre packages are back online. Was just able to place an order for fibre 900
