I hope everyone is well under the current circumstances.
I bought a new build which has fibre to the premises (FTTP) in October 2018 and started a contract with BT. The deal I was given was for 18 months only and will expire on 28th April. I'm unable to view my upgrade options online (and a different poster indicated that this is likely because it's FTTP) but I can see deals for new customers (but I am unable to get to the checkout). I appreciate the large challenge BT has at the moment working from home and prioritising other vulnerable customers so I don't want to call - but is there any other option?

there is no other option bar phoning - there is no online or email currently
