Re: FTTP underground question

The engineer never showed up even after contacting BT about it. The guy who came out today to do the installation was the first person to come out to our property and unsurprisingly he says he can't do it today because there is no duct (which we told them about) and so now it is being referred back to a planner who will have to come out to work out how to proceed but we won't know when they'll be here.

Absolutely ridiculous. We told them the concerns we had and were ignored. The engineer never turned up when they were supposed to (or in the week and a half afterwards) which would have identified this issue earlier and we would have been able to talk about it.

Ridiculous, insulting and disrespectful.

PS.S I'm fully expecting our existing service to be cut off tomorrow because they'll be assuming we've got the new connection up and running.

Re: FTTP underground question

Is there a way of finding out when the planner will be here or a way of contacting them?
