I get free BT FTTP broadband from my employer. I have have a separate existing copper line that I pay for voice calls and line rental with the Post Office .
I don't need voice calls as I use my mobile phone, can I cancel my contract with the Post Office and switch the copper phone line off to reduce costs?
ask the post office
your FTTP from your employer must include some sort of line rental but check with employer. the 2 lines appear totally separate
The BT FTTP Service will still be associated with a Telephone Service.
If the FTTP is associated with a BT Call Package on a Separate Line then yes you could cancel the Post Office Line.
If the BT FTTP Service is associated with the Post Office Line then I’m pretty sure if you cancelled that it’d also cancel out the FTTP Circuit.
