Factory Reset?

Hi All

Over the last 12 months the number of devices that we are using in our house has more than doubled.  As a result the wifi is sometimes sluggish to repsond, and varies in speed of connection, and bandwidth speeds.

I'd therefore like to do a factory reset, but concerned about the consequences.  Does a factory reset wipe any settings such as my BT account details (ie. how it nows it my BT account connecting from the my landline)?  I don't readilly know or use my BT account name, and I've no idea what my password is.

Advice appreciated!

Re: Factory Reset?

A factory reset on the home hub, will not affect any of your account details, as there is nothing stored on the hub. It connects automatically.

That is correct.
