the mod team are currently busier than normal they will contact you personally but I is currently taking 3/5 working days for their reply

Interestingly my cabinet no longer shows a waiting list from Infinity. It also shows a reference to my order which was due for activation on 15th July. Still nothing from BT though 😞

Hi @telford_mike,

 

Thank you for taking my call today. I chased this with our suppliers and they've confirmed that the capacity issue has been resolved. An engineer will activate the service tomorrow afternoon.

 

I'll follow you on Thursday to make sure your service is working okay.
