So I left a rather attractive offer from my current provider (Sky) - 6 months half price fibre optic broadband as they were rubbish with customer service.
Moved to BT - engineer came out today, disconnected my old service, attempted to install the new service, couldn't do it and left with neither my phone or my broadband working. No timeframe or idea of a resolution given and now I have nothing.
Very unhappy with the service so far - how or when do I find out what is happening. I thought I'd ask here before it spirals into the customer service nightmare of other users that I have read on here. 😞
