Engineer phoned, job not raised to activate phone line accoring to him, BT say TalkTalk hadn't released the number.
Anyway, phone line hopefully getting sorted today, broadband tomorrow.
I had a feeling re-scheduling the engineer appointment back a couple of days would have been a good idea!
No, I got a text last night on the way home to say phone line has been activated! Excellent I thought, got in the house to hear the phone constantly ringing, report fault, 72 hrs to fix, wide area problem affecting everyone in my area. After speaking to neighbours, this as I expected is a load of bull.
Just about to phone and tell them to stick it, I'll go with someone else now.
I'm well aware of that, but due to the absolute shambles of a process I have gone through, and the pack of lies them lot in mumbai have told me, I'd rather not give my money to BT.
On hold to cancellations now.
New phone line is extermely noisy, executive level complaints on the case now so things should hopefully get moving now 🙂
