I'm assuming the 'failed to record' thread has disappeared because BT aren't happy with yet another 'bad news' story. Pretty poor this has been done without any explanation?
This leaves the only real source of information being the Youview community forum now.

It was there earlier and was a useful thread for users to post their failures & concerns etc & for BT to post updates.
Pretty poor behaviour on the part of BT in my view.
