I've received a couple of text messages to my O2 mobile from the number +447800003951 saying:
"How likely are you to recommend BT based on the experience of using your broadband in the last month?
Please score between 0 (unlikely) and 10 (highly likely)."
I just assume that they are scams and ignore them, (Google certainly thinks so..), but what is the aim of the scammer? Anyone replied?
FWIW, if they were genuine, my rating for my dire 5Mbps broadband 'service' that doesn't even meet the Universal Service Obligation would be 0...
