It has now been over 14 days since my BT sport has been activated and as per the sign up offer I was expecting to receive my code to purchase the Xbox One X via BT shop - post sign up I received this email..
Clearly we have been mis sold the package as it seems its not only myself who is yet to receive the code after 14 days, does anyone have a resolution to how we can get the code directly rather than waiting for an email (which clearly isn't arriving anytime soon)? I have logged a complaint directly with BT as I seem to be getting fobbed off and asked to wait another 28 days to receive the code when the email below states after 14 days it will be received!!
