Family SIM order has gone wrong

Never had to post to the forum before but due to the ridiculous wait times on chat I thought I would try here in the hope a moderator can help.

 

I have two BT mobile SIMs

One was on a £10pm 2gb plan

the other was on a £7pm 2gb 

 

I have changed both to the new £8pm 3gb plan

 

I added both to a family plan expecting a discount but the price stayed at £16. I went ahead anyway.

 

I have since received an email stating my new monthly cost will be £21pm.

 

 

Can someone help as the whole point of this exercise was to save money, not spend more!

Thanks for the info I'm the PM but I need to get the basic order sorted first before doing what you suggested. Are you able to help me figure out why the on screen order stated £16 but the email says £21?

Actually I've sorted it myself after discovering the family plan is pointless unless you have 3 or more sims.
I've separated the plans again

And now I've got more incorrect prices on confirmation emails. This is beyond a joke!
