So you have a faulty hub which BT replace, then 6 months later you have another faulty hub, BT claim they can only know send out a Smart Hub free of charge but to do that you have to agree to a new 18 month contract despite already being in a contract!!
just how the hell does that work BT?????????????????
just phone CS again and get someone different and get a replacement - they must have piles of reconditioned hubs
sorry but are you sure hub is faulty and not just a connection problem
