My fathers phone line is suffering a lot of problems at the moment - it's a faulty Master Socket. He get's his phone service / broadband via Sky. Is it a correct assumption that he should log a fault with Sky who would then pass it to Openreach?
yes you need to report fault to sky and as long as not problem caused by homeowner ie knocked/damaged/damp then should replaced free. if in doubt just buy one and fit it yourself
