I have an openreach mk3 socket and it’s developed a fault and my internet service provider has said that an openreach engineer to come out and replace will cost so if I wanted to put one in myself are they easy to do or are they complicated as can’t seem to find a front plate of the socket as that all I need
This is a BT Retail forum, who is your Internet Service Provider?
simple to replace and maybe buy the new master as shown here https://www.openreach.co.uk/orpg/home/helpandsupport/how-toguides/howtoguides/downloads/NTE5C_Instru...
