Faulty phone

Written on behalf of my father My phone has been out of order since 25 January 2012 . On 3 occasions it has been reported as fixed but it remains broken . No one has bothered to check tif the phone is functioning before issuing these texts or messages - .you have left a v elderly couple aged 88 and 82 without effective communication which is positively dangerous .
