Bought new package in Feb 2020; top speed and sold with Mand S vouchers and BT reward card, thing has arrived, and despite calling twice now, I have been told two different things. Very disappointed with this , just checked rewards to see no rewards due, please can someone advise me if they have ever received this deal. Thanks in advance

Unfortunately its not going to be possible at this time, for the forum moderators who are the only BT employees on this forum, to investigate these promotions, as they are dealing with priority welfare escalations only.
You can try ringing BT Billing on 0800 800 150
Both of these promotions need to be claimed, as they are not paid automatically. Also, there can be problems if the orders were placed via a third party site, as they are not always valid.
Thanks Keith, I’ll look into this. I understand the issue with capacity at this time as I am a nurse and it is increasingly usher at this time, so I do appreciate your quick reply
