The first thing is to check that it is not something which you can fix or at least pin down what has caused the drops in connection
can you post stats if hh6 then advanced settings then technical log information
enter phone number and post results remember delete number https://www.dslchecker.bt.com/
Check for line noise. Dial 17070 option 2 should be silent and best with corded phone preferably from test socket
