Hiya, recently purchased a Broadband Package with the offer of a Google homehub, we have yet to recieve this but am aware it takes up to 30 days. Have been made aware that Amazon Echo is within the current deal & quering if I could please make a swap?

Welcome to BT and to our Community 🙂

It's good to see that you've taken up service with us. We won't be able to swap the reward for a different one. We get a set amount for each campaign that we run. Saying that when you get your Google Home reward it will belong to you. Whatever you decide to do with it is up to you.
