if your home had FTTP there should be a white openreach box conencted to the phone line
It looks like you're in a FTTP enabled street. Have you checked more than one door number using the ADSL checker? Try a couple of them and if they all say they have WBC FTTP available now then definitely raise the form to Openreach and have them check their records as it could be a database error.
You will find that you will likely get an automated answer from Openreach the first 2 or 3 times you raise the form. My advice is to keep raising it each time you're given the stock response that is sent. Eventually it does get to a real person to look at it.
