Fibre Internet cuts for a few seconds (multiple times)

Good morning,

Can I ask for some advice my internet seems to cut every few seconds and then connects again, which is really annoying when trying to live stream etc. (it has happened now again as I type this)

has anyone else experienced this issue? and how can I resolve it?

Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.
