Fibre and phoneline install ordered 28/09/20 still waiting

I ordered fibre and phone on the 28/09/20 and after 2 visits from engineer and no install had to phone to find out that the telephone pole outside my property needs replaced by bt openreach, so anther visit was booked which was 02/11/20 well still no install as pole still hasnt been replaced , was promised 2 callbacks which didnt phoned again this time got someone who actully did everything he said and he also raised complaint but not been contacted regarding that and still waiting on bt openreach to sort pole and now found out install has been rebooked for 10/02/21

Welcome to this user forum.

There is no such company as BT Openreach. Its just Openreach.

https://www.openreach.com/about-us

They provide the network for most providers.

Assuming you have placed your order with BT Retail, then there is nothing BT Retail can do until Openreach complete the work. It would be the same for other providers.
