Fibre broadband deals

Hi

I got a letter from Bt with fibre broadband deals.

I thought i will swap to Bt because my contract will end soon, but can´t order a Fibre broadband.

I typed in my postcode and landline number and got fibre broadband offer, but if i continue in my order I got the message that the package is not available and i have to choose other package, what I am not interested.

Its possible that the fibre cabinet is full?

And I have no idea about the cabinet, maybe.

As you can see there is a waiting list on your cabinet. If you give up current connection then you will lose your fibre connection and join the waiting list. Connection does not transfer with you
