My fibre drops out around 10 to 15 times a day, I keep rebooting the router (Home Hub 5). I mainly use wifi on the laptop, also tried direct connection and it still drops.

I'm sorry you're having problems with the hub dropping out. Does anything else happen when the drops occur like heating pumps switching on? Is there any noise on the line? Can you check that by connecting a phone to the test socket and dialling 17070 option 2? Can you try that and let me know how you get on?
Tried the line test and it seems clear. I initially thought it was my sons tablet and games he was playing, switched that off and it still happens, heating / water is off and it the connection drops, very random drops.
Been happening for around four weeks now, thought it was just an intermitent problem, doesn't look like it is though.

You should also stop rebooting the hub as DLM will regard that as an additional line fault.
