Fibre queue

Hello,
I had a problem getting a broadband for 4 months already after switching houses. New area has fibre accessibility, but demand is very high so i had to settle with 1-3 mbps, though, it is clearly not enough. I was told by BT representative I can place myself into a queue for an upgrade to fibre, once it is available, but cant find it nowhere. Is this actually possible?

you just need to keep checker here by entering your phone number and watch for it changing to available then place order
