For the past 8 years my internet has been in the stone ages, running at 13mbps, usually less. So I've had enough and am looking to upgrade. When I go on openreach availability checker, it says my flat can not receive fibre. Yet when I just select the building, it says it is available.
I've searched on internet and come across a post on the BT community where moderators have said maybe it's just an address issue and they'll get it sorted, which sounds exactly the same as my issue so if this can be sorted in same way I'd be eternally grateful.
