Yes, a different product. The ZEN product is native FTTP not FTTPoD.

iim getting 5mb down and 1 up - my bt hub does report an infinity package but this seems very slow still
It is slow for fibre, but that's slightly better than the BTw Checker estimates for you. You must be a long way from your cab. You're getting as good as you can get.
Only if you can convince all your neighbours to upgrade at the same time as you! If it is only you taking up the product either your ISP takes a big hit or you do.
i am 1km from the new all in one - previously i was 2km away and per earlier discussions we thought the stats on the dsl checker were reporting the old connection?
so that when live to live happens i would get at boost say to 25mb?
is there any way I can check if live to live has happened- i would like the proper infinity not the continuation of this 'faster broadband' which is quite slow but as you say a lot better than previous adsl
Im paying about 60 a mth for line rental and this product to bt- seems a lot thats why I became interested in fttp on demand - the monthly starting 1/2/18 is quite reasonable and all other fixed charges are reduced or eliminated
the one issue i see is i am down a shared lane and the current poles are in a set of fields with some underground
is a fttp on demand entirely underground and given bt already have way leaves is there any difficulty in running fibre instead of overhead ie just a simple replacement on this part of the road- the rest would be 200 m of public highway
