Hi David,

 

Yes they fixed the database and I have been able to place an order. I emailed Openreach's Managing Director, Infrastructure Delivery and she sorted it in a couple of days. I found the FTTH team to be a waste of time in this instance.

 

Although since ordering, now they are saying the order is delayed because a survey needs to be done! Grrr!

Success! Looks like they update their records and I can now order Fibre.
