Final Bill Refund

Hi I ended my bt services on the 11th of jan and was told my refund would get sent to my new address , 

I called back on the 18th to see when i would get my cheque sent out to me and to make sure it was my new address

I was told no we dont have your new address when i clearly gave it to them on the phone when i ended my services 

I recieved a letter to my new address with the details of me being in credit but still no money , its alot of money they own me if it was the other way round i would be getting hounded can some please tell me how long i will wait for my cheque to get here and that it will be sent to the right address thank you
