Final Bill

I left BT on the 24th January and on the 29th received an email saying my bill is ready.

I can't access this, the online My BT portal keeps saying I have no active services on my account.

 

Can a BT employee send me my bill please?

Hi @CNW welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry you're having problems viewing your bill online. We also send a paper copy of the final bill so that should you be with you in a few days time if it was produced yesterday.
