So...I've now had infinity for >two weeks with a youview box with BT vision built in.
To start with I could only see channel 57 (BT Sport Promo) with no other BT Sport channels, but after a couple of updates (taking a week of checking) I can now see BT Sport 1,2 and ESPN... But now I cannot set the channels up, so time to get in touch with BT.
Three hours++ on the phone/chat sessions yesterday (22/08) with 360deg conversations starting with the tech team, through subscriptions, through cust care to tech team to subscriptions etc etc. with still no clear advice other than its another departments issue, I am patient with call centres so allowed this to happen.
I have trawled the forum, and tried some of the fixes but to no avail.
I have infinity
I have a BT Sport Subscription (for App and online, and some inform me TV too!)
All On demand players function correctly indicating full connection
I can see the BT Sport channels
I cannot set up the channels
I cannot bear another phone call/chat session

Hi, one thing to check when you say you can see the channel is this on channel 58-59.
Or on channel 508, as this is where as an infinty customer you should be able to watch BT Sport
I can see BT sport on 507, 508...
Which i think is where it should be, as I'm on infinity.
The issue is that I cannot 'set up' the channels although I am supposedly subscribed.

i do not have the entitelemnt option on the help & settings>settings... i pretty much don't have anything of use on their other than a BB checke, reset BT vision and PIN settings...
ok then this sounds like a subscription error.
One way to check is if you go into setting and looks at entitlements it should say BT sport, what does it say on your box?
The OP has a YouView box, isn't that a setting found only in the BT Vision+ boxes?
