Firmaware Update

Hi All,

I am just curious - my Smarthub has not had a firmware update since July 2018 ...does that sound right? 

I just assumed that updates would be more frequent than just once a year?!

Apologies if this is an obvious question ….but any answers would be much appreciated!

Hub firmware updates are automatic and will happen as long as you leave your hub connected 24/7. There is no manual way to update the firmware

Thanks for the reply.....I appreciate that it is automatic, but could the system not be working correctly if there has mot been an update in all but a year?

If you post what hub you have and note the firmware version that’s currently installed hopefully someone on here will be able to confirm whether you have the latest/current version.

Smarthub 6 and the firmware version is v0.09.06.05093-BT

The last update is logged as: Fri Jul 20 10:55:41 2018

Does that sound about right??

Mine is smart hub-6 firmware is SG4B1000E016 date June2019.

There are 2 versions of the hh6 hence why the firmware is totally different

Thank you for the replies.....how can I tell which version of the hub I have?

also, surely both would have been updated recently as opposed to one a few weeks ago and the other 12 months?
