First Bill

Hi, new customer here

I was due to have fibre installed on the 14th and smy TV package also moving over from sky. But there has been an issue with that and now I'm not scheduled in for install until the 29th.

Ive checked my bills and I've been charged already. I understand that direct debits are paid in advance normally. But seems to me I'm being billed well in advance for something I'm not using

Hi @PhilW88, welcome to the forum and sorry you have been charged for services before they are activated. Once your service is working call in and our billing team will be happy to refund the rental you have been charged in error.
