Hello, on 25 october i received that email where you inform me that It can take up to 14 days from the day my broadband is installed until i received the Fitbit Charge 3. Today we are in 28 november and i don’t receive’it. Can you pleae give me more information when i can received?

I place the order in 20 october. And in 14 november was my broadband activated

Hi @Lucian09 it should arrive tomorrow, the 14 day cooling off period has to finish before you're emailed the code.
