Fix BT Website

I have third party tracking turned off in my browser which blocks a tracker that BT uses:

GET https://cdn.appdynamics.com/adrum/adrum-4.5.16.2845.js net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

This doesn't cause a problem until I try to view my bill which I am unable to - the website is designed to fail if it cant access the tracker.  Please respect peoples privacy choices.
