Fixed

I have tried everything to fix this but when playing my games my Latency gose upto 200 and cant play never had this fault with any internet provider but I have 900MB speed and only getting 200MB anyway to fix this Latency because tried youtube vids and everything.

 

 

Had to remove network drives something was messing my speeds up lol

Hi @XxDarkMarioxX  welcome to the forum and sorry you are not getting the speed you expected and you are experiencing high ping which is affecting your gaming. You would be best to call and speak with our fibre to the home faults team and they be able to help you further with this.

My Internet Keeps Making Problems With Gaming Like Spikes+Latecy Upto 50-200

I cant cancel bt due to contract but for months now cant enjoy my games the lag is wrong my Ping is at 10 tried to contact BT they wont respond need help tried everything
